Will HD ever do a 0% apr?

...oh ya...you aint kiddin!...just brought back a memory...about 3 years ago I bought a "Badlander" Harley seat at a local indy shop....wanted to be able to just swap seats quick when the mood changed....got home, opened box, went to put seat on...and presto!, they don't give you a mount tab!!!.thought it was a mistake...went back to shop...nope...have to buy one....you gotta be F*ckin kiddin me...

I actually don't see how it could happen, I'm no accountant, but I think that the HD finance likes to set up the loans and then sell them all to other finance companies, I'm betting that not too many other companies spend much time buying 0% interest loans. Plus, I'm not seeing that HD Finance is even all that competitive with other institutions. I got a 2% better loan from my credit union than with HD just a month ago.
