I can't do it. I got use to scraping my floorboards on a few tight turns with my 02 RKC, but I'm not doing it on my 09 SG. I was kind of worried about this since the SG is an inch lower, but it is no problem.
The more I ride my new SG, the more I really like the way these 09s handle.
I have no problem scraping the boards on my 09 street glide. In fact...I think its too easy for me...I dont like it. I even scraped the floor board bracket in a turn. Now mind you I ride like the guys in the video above...ok maybe not that hard, but hard enough to scrape very often. When I scrpaed the mounting bracket...I almost went down. The rear end of my bike hopped to the side about 8 or 10 inches and veered hard to the right...I damn near went down. Maybe I should consider raising mine some how. Any suggestions?

Lots of ways to get more cornering clearance!
Not much you can do with Harley tourers - once you stop one thing from scraping your on to the next. Gotta say - they handle pretty damn good for what they are though.
