lowering front fender?

I have the klock werks benchmark fender and it still has somewhat the stock look, but it does seem to look lower. But I also have an 18 in wheel

Native customs i had my road king fender done as well as my street glide fender done. You can buy the brackets and do it yourself or send your fender to them and they will put brackets on for you.

About how much does Native charge? What kind of turn around is there...when you got them done?
