I had one on my Heritage. When I rode with my posse they said it was hard to see the blinkers. So if you get one you might look into the blinkers that you locate in your bags, I think they sell them to. Me I just went to my local indy shop and picked up some little blinkers (dont rember what kind they were) and drilled a hole on each side of the rear fender and mounted them there. The bags on the Heritage hid them from the side.
Anybody use the Cycle Vision Eliminator Tail Light Assembly. Kinda expensive but is a cool idea. Looks pretty large in their photos.
Any photos?
What do you all think?
There was a post on here just a week or so ago about it. Dude had pics that pretty much confirms that it does not work very well. Can't see the LEDs in daytime.
I dont have that bike any more, I traded it in for an 07 SG. Yes I did like the looks just couldn't get it out of my mind about not being able to see the blinkers speically when there was a car or truck behind me. Thats why I got the little blinkers. Would I buy it again knowing this, well their still saleing them and I woudln't put one on another bike.

OK, guess the Cycle Vision light is out. Looking for ideas here! I know I have seen several really cool setups on the forum, but how bout some photos of options to clean up the rear end.
A buddy of mine just put this on his flat black street bob. Then filled the whole from the old tailight and repainted his fender. It looks great. He also made a bracket and side mounted his plate so that there is nothing on the fender. I don't know what kit he used though for the elimination. It may not have been the same one.
Thanks! From what I am hearing here, the Cycle Visions light is not very bright. Anyway you can find out from your bud what he used and if it is bright enough?
Actually I didn't know what the assembly looked like that you were talking about. He actually got the kit that turns the turn signals into tail lights and he got rid of his original tail light. Here's the link. The dealer will tell you you shouldn't remove the tail light, but what's the point if you don't?
