Default Hogtune tweeter video

Been using Hogtune stuff for over 3 years now on all our bikes.
Here is a YouTube video of my Wife's bike that I just added the
new Hogtune tweeter setup today. I put in the Hogtune fairing
speakers the day she brought it home (July 2006). She was thinking
of having me add the Amp & Lower Fairing speakers but afte taking
a ride with the new tweeter setup I am no sure she wants it any louder.
So what she has is a stock HD HK radio with NO amp but just 2 Hogtune
fairing speakers & the new Hogtune tweeters. Enjoy ......

Sounds great. I read the install article in American Bagger. Looks pretty simple. Was it?

On a Street Glide it don't get any eaiser.
Here are the quick steps.
Put blanket on front fender so not to scratch it when removing front outer fairing.
Unscrew 3 windshield screws and take off windshield.
Remove the 4 screws for taking off outer fairing and be careful after
the last screw because fairing falls towards front fender.
Unplug headlight plug and put front outer fairing in safe place.
Drill 4 holes as shown in directions.
Run the 2 wires (each side) thru bottom holes.
Attach tweeter pod using 1 screw in top hole (each side) and DO NOT over tighten.
Unplug speaker wires and plug in wiring from pod (each side). This is DUMMY
proof cus PEZ uses different size connector spades. Small to small & big to big.
Plug in headlight connector.
Attach front outter fairing.
Attach windshield.
Turn on radio to full volume and wake up the dead .... LOL ....

O.K. now the hardest part of the install ....
Waiting for the speakers to come after ordering them ... LOL ...
No .. .. really there is one very small part if you decide to do it.
Wife wanted the CLOTH tweeter covers so they match the stock ones.
Pez .... HINT .... HINT ...... You should ship them this way ... LOL ....
There are FOUR tabs you have to bend straight so they can slip off.
TWO are under the circuit board and there are 2 very small phillips screws
that hold it to the pod. Make sure you use the right size phillips !
One other install hint ....
If you do decide to use the cloth ones I found out the glue that holds
the cloth to the grill got in the way of slipping the tab thru the hole.
So what I did was GENTLE file the tabs clean of the mesh & glue.
Now I can't wait to do my Ultra next (LOL ... it will now have EIGHT speakers)

Rob .....

Actually if you noticed we have a horse (barn on right side of driveway) and live
in a very rural area 40 miles Northwest of Boston, MA so I have no worries ;-)
Who I feel sorry for ...... NOT ! ! !
Is the people in the city of Cambridge, MA where I work and drive thru everyday
at 6am and I listen to my music a FULL volume 90% of the time ;-)
The only time I turn it down on the way in is by the Firehouse cus I don't
want to wake those poor guys up if they are sleeping.
Other than that the Harvard & MIT geeks deserve it ... LOL ...
Along with the liberal commies that make up most of Cambridge now :-(
Rob .....

And hey I got no axecent what u mean ?
