Anybody here hae experience with the Wheeldock center stand? I notice it mounts to the cross member (bow-tie). Has anybody run in to problems or had interference when using a lift with the center stand mounted in place?
Have one, you need to add about 1/2" plywood spacer to front of jack when lifting the bike. C-Stand should be up, not down when lifting. Lots of reviews here if you search, many guys (myself included) bought during the "Group Buy" discount before Christmas.
TDA, I had the Wheeldock on my 08 and honestly think it was one of the best mods on the bike. Makes general maintenance and cleaning a lot easier. Also, if you place a 1/2 piece of ply under the legs, it allows the wheels to rotate easily for cleaning and air. Install is literally less than 5 minutes. I don't have a jack yet but as already mentioned I've heard others post that it just takes a small piece of ply to level things out.
I just got the 09 version yesterday and installed it last night. Wouldn't be without it.
I agree, cleaning the bike is much easier with the center stand. I mounted some new footpegs last night, and it was a breeze to get them straight and level with the centerstand. I'm glad I bought mine, and wouldn't own another bike without one.
I had the Rivco center stand, worked great, kept the wt off the back tire. Never had a problem putting it up or taking it down. I am waiting for them to come out with the 09 model in April. They sell for 300, there is one F/S on the fourm for 150.
For my money, it's the only way to go.
read a lot of positive reviews about the wheeldock also and was all set to buy one...but a chrome RIVCO came up for sale for $150. There is member here who has a USED wheeldock form sale for a darn good price (I can PM you his name if you wish).

Me again tda69...
I have a wheeldock on my Ultra and like it... I also have a Sears red jack where it doesn't clear under the cross member anymore because of the center stand. No big deal... I jack it up when the bike is on the centerstand where there is lots of clearance... It's easier to jack as well...
I have one on my 07 FLHT.Like the guys say,you can get the back wheel off the ground by putting the stand on some ply.I also have a MiniLift which still works on the frame tubes in front of the Wheeldock to get the front wheel off the ground.

Hows that working out for you, jacking it up with the stand in the down position?
When the stand retracts, does it move the bike on the jack forward at all??
I thought about doing it but everything I read said not to to jack the bike up while the center stand was deployed.
