Hmm. Just a heads-up. So, I install the chrome trim rings on my rear speakers, from HD. Remove the old black screws that hold the speakers & grills in. Install the chrome rings & chrome screws.
One month later decide to install Hogtunes rears. Go to remove the chrome screws. WTF? Il ne come out pas.
The chrome screws really got tight into the wellnuts that go behind the stock speakers. Got 'em out, but then when I put the Hogtunes speakers in, all they did was spin. Ended up having to attach the wellnuts to the speakers & the trim outside of the bike with pliers - put the whole unit together, plugged it in, and press-fit the speakers into their respective holes.
Would have avoided this if I did the Hogtunes replacement the same time as the chrome trim rings for the rear speakers - just a heads-up.
