Finally got the ole girl back together. Gave her a Bad Dad rear fender, Fatboy front fender and a good dose of black powder coat. Now its time to ride.
Yea, I wish I had the cash for a wide tire kit. I may try to jam a 180 under it when the rear gets worn out. I read a thread on here about squeezing a 180 in a stock rear fender/swing arm with some mods to the fender spacers. My stock rear fender is still under the wide cover so I am limited by that, plus 5.5 rims gets kinda pricey also. My goal was to get rid of the hoop, turn signals, and fill in the space between the bags and the fender.
