Are these LEDs that good and bright? I just bought my bada** taillight and want to get LEDs for my signal lights.
they are an excellant addition for your BrightA$$Lights! I also installed the Badlands Illuminator/Load Equalizer and now have Running/turn/brakes signals!
I have bought MANY L.E.D.'s from Radiantz and yes, the shipping is slow, but I have never had any trouble with the people that work there. I do know that they are swamped with business and they can and will make things right. Sounds like they are trying to make things right with you but you are a little impatient. Radiantz has the best L.E.D.'s on the market.
Like someone else said, call J & P or Custom Dynamics, they all sell Radiantz and may ship faster - if you're in a big hurry.
One more thing, all Radiantz L.E.D.'s have a lifetime warranty. Ha, that might be worth waiting for!
Found out that just about everyone that sells quality (american made) l.e.d.'s offer lifetime warranty, so not missing anything there. I wouldn't have a problem buying their products again, I just wouldn't buy directly from them.
I've bought all of my Radiantz products through Custom Dynamics and M&M. But I did have to deal directly with Radiantz one time for a warranty exchange. A little problem at first because the girl who took my info was a complete incompetent. When I called back again the person I talked to explained that the one who originally took my info had been fired for not doing her job. This one was very apologetic and made right by getting my warranty exchange out to me within a few days.
Oh and just an FYI. The LED clusters that Custom Dynamics carries now are not Radiantz anymore. They look the same but are a different manufacturer.
I got my radiantz stuff from custom dynamics and the shipping wasn't bad at all. I would actually recommend them if anyone is looking for LED lighting.
