I'm close to pulling the trigger on these for my '09. Before I do, I was wondering if anyone has come across a pic of them with a stock rear fender/tail light set-up?
There's a pic of them installed in the J&P Cycles new catalogue that just came out. You might be able to find it on-line as well.
Thanks, I found that pic. It's not a stock fender, but looks close (shape and length). Might not look too bad. I don't want to swap out fenders because I love seeing my big 200 rear tire and don't want to hide it. But, on the other hand, I don't want the bags to look too goofy w/ the stock fender and tail light set-up.
Not to change or steal this thread, but brypink did putting on the power duals change any sound or performance with the CFR slip-ons. Just put CFR mufflers on, seems to be kind of doggy since i installed them with a heavy breather and pcv from fuelmoto. bike is completly stock.

Yes, the PD's definitely changed the sound of the CFR's. They came to life, louder now. It's my happy medium...LOUD and DEEP.
You can see my set-up in my sig. With that being said, I have some lag at take off (since the PD's). It does need to be dialed in. I have a couple of other minor things I need to complete before I take it in for that. I'll update then.
I really haven't read anything good on the fitment of the AN big bags. Just to give you a heads up. I would look into Bad Bad or Milwaukee Bagger. There are pics on both sites. Most of the pics are with fender covers.

I want the Big Bags because they do not have such a long stretch as most. That way I will not drag and eat them alive while I ride. Also, (and unless I'm mistaken) Arlen Ness redesigned the Big Bags and I'm hoping this redesign is the ticket.
Milwaukee Bagger and Bad Dad do not have a shorter stretched bag and I do not want extensions.
So, the not good things (about fitment) you have heard...is that the older Big Bags or the newer design? Or both?
