Default seriously???

when i got my new bike i had them put on the 4 pt dock along w/ some other stuff. at the time, i ordered everything i had added the dock covers as well. in looking at the final tally, i see that those bastard charged me .2 hours to "install" the four point docking COVERS!!! i'm talking about the little faux chrome magnetic things which they left in the package and put in my bag. i mean, for $15, they could have at least opened the package for me! some of these guys just don't get it do they?

You're actually surprised?

Logic and intelligence (generally speaking) have long since gone out the door/window!

Their desire to get "$s" overrides their reason and customer relations.

I just installed the 4 point docking system on my bike myself today and guess what it cost me? If your going to have the stealers do work, expect to get it hard up the ying yang.

Wow that is real harsh. My dealer installed the whole 4 point kit for free before delivery.

Maybe thats a sign that i didnt push hard enough on the trade in?

I'd seriously be in somebody's face having a chat about that one. Bag in hand with the magnetic covers, and the invoice with the charges! You're wearing panty hose if you don't. LoL J/K...Your call, but I personally wouldn't let this slide. It's a slippery slope. But I do all my own work, so what do I know?
