LMFAO!!! That's a great story, well-written, I can picture everything perfectly in mind mind. Favorite part is the biker wearing a helmet holding a gun running away from the snake! Glad you finally got him!
Hilarious. I thought I had problems with having to work today. Wow. The real question is what would you have done without the gun? LOL! I would have stuffed him in the saddlebag and opened it up at the local biker hang out and watched people chit a brick.
One more thing...A tough Harley guy with a gun afraid of a snake? Just ribbin' ya.
I got a quick story for you. Before I was together with my wife we lived in the same apartment building and she had a California king snake as a pet. One night I had a few too many and was ready to ascend the stairs to her unit to see if I could convince her to sleep with me. As I cross the courtyard I see a snake on the ground. I have a deathly fear of snakes as I know nothing about them. I screamed for her to come and get her snake as it had escaped it's "cage". You have never seen anyone so scared of anything in your life. The funny thing is king snakes are not poisonous. before we moved in together I insisted that the snake go. It was the snake or me.
Now that's funny! Great way to start the day... Thanks for sharing, and stay away from those critters, they's feroshis! I can see it all, and it's what a sight to behold!!
That is funny! It's amazing how snakes can ignite this primal fear that resides deep inside of us. I was riding out in the Texas Hill Country one day, and rounded a corner to see a big ole rattlesnake coiled up in the road. I was going too fast to try and change my trajectory without risking running off the road, and there was nothing to do but lift up my legs as high as I could and run him over.
I did not stop but looked in my mirror, and Mr. Snake looked like he got the worst end of the deal.
