Thumbs up Heat shield chrome
My friend has an 08' FLHX and is going to be installing his 3rd rear heat shield. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem. It appears that the cleaning process prior to chrome plating does not remove impurities where the weld is on the shield. He also has some really squeaky brakes that at 1700 miles will be changed for the first time.
