I was about the say the same thing. Also at a light she will feel more vibration on a touring bike compared to a Softail but she needs to realize she will feel less vibration at highway speeds then before so she's less likely to get a numb butt on a trip. (I sometimes ride passenger behind my husband)

The wife complained of the tingling for the first few rides. Went from an 03 to 09 ultra. She likes the ride better too. I love how this new bike handles. ride about 20,000 miles in our 6-7 month season.

I have an 08 Ultra and she didn't mention anything. At idle it vibrates but when cruising it's fine.

I came off a VTX and she loves the comfort of the Ultra WAY over the VTX.

Wife refused to ride on the back of the Sportster. Now, it's hard to keep her off the back of the Ultra. Maybe I should go back to a Sportster....

My wife kind of likes the small vibration from the 2007 EGC we have now. It's even a little more when stopped and holding both front & rear brakes.

on the 09 harley stiffened the rails and travelpack support as well as the entire motor mount package so im guessin one would feel more vibs but i think its a good trade for a safer more stable ride and higher gvw .

I think we both thought that the Ultra was going to be really smooth and feel next to nothing. If she didnt mind the Fatboy she sure cant mind the UC......
