My friend recently purcahsed an 08' FLHX and the rear heat shield chrome peeled off just over where the weld was. The dealer replaced it and @ only 10 months old & 1700 miles the second one is doing the exact same thing. This same bike also has the squeakiest back brake I ever heard for a new Harley. Is anyone els having these issues?
