2009 FLHR Klock Werks Bars - Suggestions
I bought a set of Klock Werks "King Menetel (sp?)" black bars for my '09 Road King. Goal is to install this Sunday (rain forecasted). I talked with my local dealer and was told the job would take about 4 hours (and "good luck" too) due to the internal wiring the bars have. I asked him if he would remove the switchgear wiring from the switches or within the headlight and he said the headlight. I also have a set of H-D chrome switches I would like to install at the same time. It seems to me that removing the wiring connections from the switches would be much simpler especially given the new switches being added at the same time. Anyone out there have any experience or sound advice on this? Thanks in advance!
