deby cover removale

is it a must or can u drain the oil and add a measured amount.and can it be done without removing the pasenger floorboard.

Do you mean do you have to remove the derby cover to fill the primary? If it is a pre 07 then no you don't have to, you can fill it through the chain inspection cover. If it is an 07 or later then you have to remove the derby to refill. It can be done without removing the passenger floorboard but it is tricky unless you put on soos' passenger floorboard spacers like I did. This allows me room to get in and get that one pesky bolt out without having to remove the board.

Do it properly and adjust your clutch while you have the derby cover off.

Why cut corners? If it is time to change the primary fluid then it is time to adjust the clutch.
