It sat on asphalt with jiffy stand down.....I've had it out several times this season and have put about 250 miles on it. Yesterday was about 75 degrees ambient and I had put 20 miles on it at varying highway/backroad speeds and still noticed the vibration....
I had a similar problem on my 06 Standard.
The bike would vibrate slightly and make a low level RRRRRRRRR noise , only while taking a long left hand sweeping turn at 50 mph or above with the wife on the back.
Knowing that the dealer wouldn't ever be able to simulate the problem , I figured on trying my own idea.
My thought was the belt was getting too tight in this exact situation.
The belt should get slightly looser while taking a sweeping right hand turn because of the rear pivot shaft bushings deflecting under that particular force.
I ordered the Harley belt deflection gauge and when I checked the belt , it was at the tight end of the spec.
I adjusted the belt to the looser end of the spec and it seemed better if not gone all together.
This is a very small change , but it seemed to help on mine.
I never had the problem when riding by myself , only with a passenger.
Maybe a possibility.
