I have a problem with numbness in my fingers and found that large diameter grips exacerbate the issue. The HD Contoured Chrome and Rubber grips are small diameter - maybe the smallest in the HD lineup. All of the others are far to "fat" and cause my fingers and eventually my hands to go numb. They're nothing special but work better than any (including the Kury-Iso) for me and I've tried many styles and brands.
Kuryakyn ISO Grips are my favorite by a long shot. Get the set with the little "throttle buddy" or whatever they call it - That's worth half the price on its own.
You beat me to it. Had them on our 04 EGC and took them off before trading for the 07. They fit right on the 07.

I have the same problem. Did it stop the numbness on the hands? I came close to buying them but put them back on the shelf.
I put a set of the PM (Performance Machine) Renthal grips on my Ultra a week ago. They are comfortable, but take some "getting used to" time. I'll write up a little review of them when I get some time, but the basics are they are smaller than the stock grips in diameter, great for smaller hands I guess; but I needed something for better "non-slip" feeling.
I only had two complaints with the PMs. The set screws on the left grip don't hold well at all (even when dimpling the bars like the instructions say), so you are stuck using grip glue anyways. The other issue is that the throttle grip, the renthal rubber isn't wide enough for my hands (so my palms are fully touching the rubber).
I'd recommend them, but see if you can find a display that you can wrap your hands around to see if they are for you. I didn't care for the ISO grips, just weren't comfortable in my hands.
