* Stock - Not really bad, but nothing nice to look at either.
* HD Chrome & Rubber Lg - I didn't care for feeling of the rubber strips, and they were too big and caused my hand to ache after only a few minutes.
* Kury ISO w/out Throttle Boss - I didn't like the squishy feeling of the rubber, and the rubber has a funky smell to it with bare hands.
* PM Renthal - These are by far my favorite grips. The diameter is about the same as stock, maybe just a tad smaller. But to me they feel more like a motocross grip, and seems to give me a feeling of better control. They're very comfortable, plus the rubber is replaceable. They were expensive, about $150, but worth it IMO.
FYI - my hand is about 7 1/2" inches from my wrist to the tip of my middle finger.
I started to put the ISOs on my '06 RKC but did not like the feel of them on a friend's HD. I put on the HD Aelerons (not sure if that is how it is spelled) and they are great. the shape fits my hands perfectly, they have enough cushion and the chrome ridge on the front provides for a very comfortable feel and provides a good grip when needed. my only regret is that I did not get the heated ones...
The HD stealth grips are real nice. I went with the HD skull grips. If I remember right you can order them in different sizes. Basically the outside diameter is a little bigger or smaller. I also recommend (if you can) to go your local HD dealer and try some out with your riding gloves on.
i've been using the nostalgia coke bottle shaped old style rubber grips from harley since they came out several years ago with great comfort. they feel sorta like the very small coke bottles, i think they were six ounce, but the harley nostalgia grips are what i am happy with. and i got very long fingers, heck, seems like with stock harley grips i can wrap my fingers round the grips twice and still have finger joints left over. hope this helps, and i'm gonna be looking at the kury iso's, they might be even better.

The grooves and ridges in the Nostalgia grips does not bother you on a long ride?

+1 on the Aileron grips from HD. Basically contoured rubber with just a touch of chrome.
