while traveling in the Phoenix area I had a recent issue with my '07 Ultra stalling out when I pulled the clutch in. It has happened before and my home dealer did not really help me much. Plus my mileage was crap, 150 miles per tank. Dealer also not much help.
I took it to the fine folks at Hacienda H-D in Scottsdale AZ, and after 6 hours (did not mind waiting) my bike was fixed. A new air filter, fuel filter and idle regulator thingamajig, thankfully most was covered under warranty. My first tank, I got 50 more miles to the take, 200 miles. I was estatic. Just wanted to let everyone know that I had a very positive experience at this dealer, and all while being on a road trip.
Props to Jim, who took the extra time to get it working right.
I rented from them a few months ago and they were great. Nice people, well staffed store and even thre in free t-shirts for all of us who rented and it was just for 1 day!
