i'm looking to switch out my stock brake pedal out of 07 road king. i've been checking out e-z brake and softbrake, but wanted to if anyone has used either one?
+1 on the e-z brake. Change the whole feel of the brake pedal so I wasn't having to lift the whole foot to get a good angle on the brake pedal. I use a different extended shift lever on teh other side from walter's workshop.
I opted for the SoftBrake version and if I had it to do again, I would probably try the EZ brake this time around. I may be mistaken, but it seemed to me that the Softbrake was merely re-clocked rather than extended. Just my .02
I have both the EZ Brake and EZ Shift levers, and feel they are a must have option. The brake is in a much better position, and the shifters allow me to place my size 14 boots in a natural position.
