"Both versions also available +2 two inches taller than standard Sweeper. +2 Sweepers on Electra Glide models requires longer clutch cable, OEM #38649-98. Harley- Davidson offers a Twist Grip Sensor Kit, p/n 32310-08 with 29 longer wires to eliminate wire splicing of the sensor unit."
-This is what it says on the website, sounds like might need a throttle sensor extension? Were you able to go this without any electrical extensions?
You won't need any extensions. You won't need a new TBW sensor. The 32310-08 is only for internally wired bars and doesn't have the green clip in-line. There is about 4-6" of slack in the TBW sensor. They also list the wrong clutch cable for the 08 and later bikes. It's 38649-08.
Find the Kromewerks you want (if that's what you decide) in Drag Specialties catalog, get their model number then use that number to order from Zanottis and save 20%. I paid $49.92 for the sweepers and really like them. I'm 6'2" and with these and a backrest - ride all day.
Khromewerks sweepers on mine too. The extra width takes a little getting used to. It's a bit of a stretch at full lock for me. Minor forward, back adjustments make a lot of difference. I think I've got mine right now. Definately an improvement over stock. Oh yea, I had to change mirrors, but thats ok, more bling.
