Spring Pack in the Primary?
Took my scooter (08 Ultra) in for 15K service at 16.5K. Went to get it and BTW we replaced the spring pack in the primary under warranty. Service manager asked if I ever heard that noise after I shut down? It's never sounded any Diff at any time to me. I could wrench on the old Bonnie and can do minor stuff on the Glide, but what is all this??

Spring pack where? the compensator or the clutch? Something does not soud right by your post? To answer your question, no I have not heard of this, nor seen it here by looking, not searching.
