Lot of internet judges and juries here.
"Judge not lest ye be judged".
this thread just shows who the idiots are that sre commenting bs and speculating they were drunk, when they don't know either person or what really happened. they could have hit oil or gravel and been straight. goody goody 2 shoes. I wonder if they all get together and ride there bike to church on sundays.
Personally, I always hate to hear of the loss of a life, regardless of the circumstances. And it always gives the "haters" more ammo against the bike community as a whole.
With a suspended license, There's gotta be some way karma's payin' the bitch back, but Too bad...Obviously, a Life's lost over an senseless tragic accident. No Judge or Jury here to the rest of the story. :dunno:

WOW This lady lost her life on her birthday. Not robbing a bank but maybe goofing off. Maybe not... A suspended license could have been for speeding, driving an unregistered or uninsured vehicle or not paying her renewal fee. Alcohol may have been involved and maybe not. To refer to the situation as Karma's paying the bitch back??? I hope Karma does not read your post!!

Your license isn't suspended if you don't renew it, it simply expires and, as I'm sure you know, there's quite a difference between the two. You also wouldn't have your license suspended for operating an unregistered vehicle though operating one without insurance is a guaranteed way to have it suspended in most venues. Most lose their license by accumulating too many "points" via multiple moving violations (like speeding).
Really, the fact that her license was suspended, for whatever reason, doesn't have anything to do with the accident itself, but it may give some insight into the person's prior driving habits.
