Default HELP! - 2003 FLHT Motor Mount Torque

Went to a friends house last night to change her fluids. Of course she had no manual. Got the fluids changed, and was cleaning up the mess from the last oil change and noticed there was a bolt on the motor mount that the nut was about a half inch from coming off. Figured this can't be right, but maybe it needs room to flex. Figured it needed to be tightened or it could slap the tanks. Looked around on the web and found this info. Does this sound about right for torque?

"The factory torque spec is 35-45 ft.lbs. A good procedure is to torque to 15-20 and start the engine, take her for a short spin around the block and then torque to factory spec."

Just wasn't sure if needed to be snug, tight, Harley tight or torqued.

Thanks!

Bolts on head are 35-40 foot pounds eyelet bolts on top mount 18-22 foot pounds.

Front mount all bolts are 15-20 foot pounds.

Always best to use torque.
