+1 Leave them at least until you are completely comfortable with your scoot. My experience has been that most of the bad stuff, like dropping your scoot, happens during the first year of ownership and usually happens around your own garage. Now, if you bent them or damaged them to the point that everyone is asking you what happened, replace them.

If it's on the bottom left nobody will ever see it when it's on the jiffy stand. I never see a scratch on a bike goin down the road. If its on the right you might have to replace it. Bottom line is your the only one you have to please on this one.

If it is just a small scratch, I wouldn't sweat it. There are some cool guards that you may want to upgrade with later. Like lots of others have said......it could happen again.

You have to live with it.
If you can live with it...leave it be.

you can always put highway pegs on and the bracket may hide the scratch....just a thought

This was my first thought on this. I just think it may be to low. It's on the right side just above the part where it starts to make a u turn down towards the floor board.

If it's minor scrapes I'd leave them alone. Not that big a deal IMHO. The scratches are usually pretty low down on the guards and you have to get down low to see them. Unless you're really **** about that kind of thing - leave it alone...
