junk twin cam problem

Default junk twin cam problem
I have an 03 flh that had a knock . I took off the cam cover and found parts laying there . looks like a tensioner part but not the one that is readily visable . what do i need to do to remove the assembly to replace that part . what is it called ?

Junk twin cam is what its called, call the junkyard then get a jap bike.

Highly unlikely story. You hear a knock and you take off the cover and there's parts just lying there?
