congrats on the new ride! I was eying a used (04 or 06) CVO ultra (orange and black) the other day at my local dealer...It was a trade in....boy i about gave back the parts i was buying for mine and just trade in for that beauty.

I was just about to do the EXACT same CVO trade. The color combination is to die for! We have this exact CVO bike on our showroom floor so I have to look at it everyday.
Yeah, that color is great out in the sunlight!!!! That deep blue metalic looks black until the sun hits it. WOW!! Can't wait for it to be here in my garage

I'll have a lot of "Honey Do's" to make up some ground before I try to ask for new stuff. 1 thing in my favor, I got this bike early on in the year. Maybe by November she will have forgotten about the bike???

Shocks from the 2007 models will work on the new 2009 frame! I was so happy to be able to swap my Penske's over to this new bike!

Good catch Spike. I just went on Progressives site and looked the the shock part numbers and damned if they aren't the same from 2008-2009. Good for you because you have some money tied up in those Penske shocks.
