Seat question
Sorry for asking, I know this has probably been discussed over and over, but i need some seat advice.
I have a 01 RK classic. My wife and I hated the stock seat and put a sundowner on it and are pretty happy with it. My only issue is I am 5'8" and would like to be able to reach the ground a bit easier. The bike is lowered 1" inch F and B already. I picked up a HD reach seat which is a bit narrower and was ok, but it looks like some kind of orthopedic seat on the bike, and I can't have that!
I was looking at the corbin dual touring because it reads that it will lower the seat height.
Are there any other riders around my height that could comment on the corbin and even better how it compares to the sundowner? The corbin is so dang expensive, I hate to shell out the cash and then hate it.
Thanks for your help.

Save yourself some $$$ and send your seat to Allen at Mean City Cycles. He can lower you and add memory foam for both you and your passenger. I can ride forever and never have any butt pain. BTW, I'm shorter than you by a couple of inches. Not sure I could have ever found a stock seat to help me the way MCC did.
If you want better ground reach, you can forget about the corbin. Yes, they are really comfortable on the long haul but that's because they are pretty wide too. I only put mine on when I'm going for longer rides but shorter ones, I'm using the stock right now for my road king custom and have a sidekick seat being delivered as I type this. I suggest you treat this like getting an exhaust, go to meet-ups and get to know folks that have different seats and ask them if you can park your butt on it to get a feel of what it's like.
