Do they help that much with heavy traffic/slow moving? Worth the cost?

Yes they do make a difference. Just do not forget to turn it off when running highway speeds

So are these better than the oil coolers... I was thinking about getting both. Every big run I go on I overheat....

I am using the LeNale Engineering cooling fan with the premium oil cooler. I am a pgr member so I need the extra cooling at times. The fan is much smaller than the Harley one but does the job. It came with a relocation kit for the horn.

Can you provide a bigger picture of where the horn was relocated to?

That's the HD fan setup? I was thinking of just starting with the fan and then going to the oil cooler, sounds like i should just do both.
