The bike you see here is my first bike. I bought it new two years ago when I was 30 years old. I had ridden other motorcycles before but not often. I learned how to ride on a Honda Valkyrie. So when I bought this bike, it had been about 2 years since I had even ridden one at all. So when I left the HD dealership on my brand new Road King I was a little nervous at first, getting out of the parking lot. But once I got onto the Highway it was just like riding a bicycle. SO, GO FOR IT. Better to get it now than settle for something else and regret that decision. Good Luck.
Well here goes... after not riding for 15 years got back into it and went for the 08 flhtc,, bagger with lots of "fall on me im dead stuff" took the rider safety course again and also took the slow ride school by the HD dealership,,, now,, like when i was in the military trying to kill the bad guy,,, "when in dought, max it out!" and thats what i did and love it
I was told by some that I should work my way up when I first started out. I was then told by a good friend to start with a bagger because you'll lose money as you'll want to trade up soon anyway. I started on a bagger
