2001 Road King question

2001 Road King question
A guy I know just picked up a 2001 Road King with a carb, and he wants to know how to jet it. He has aftermarket mufflers on it with a SE air cleaner, he says it's popping on decel and hesitates for an instant when getting back on the throttle.
What would the correct jets be for this setup? How many turns out on the A/F screw?

Does he know the size of jet in there now? Generally when carbie guys come into the shop for some jets they get about 3-4 sizes in whichever direction they are going just in case. The jets are only a couple of bucks.
