Default Bub True dual help

What tool(s) or configuration of tools did you guys use on the lower exhaust flange nut for the rear cylinder on your Reinharts? This is tough. I called the local harley shop (Elk Grove, Ca) today and the tech guy laughed out loud. He said "Whatever works, it's a bitch". Any suggestions????

I got crows foot socket to use. Found using that with a swivel and extension works. You can get the sockets at Sears

Craney, the biggest problem I had was getting the P clamp to line up for the bolt. This is what worked for me, and it worked like a charm.

Loosen the top bolt then you can try turning the headers so you got more room for the lower flange nut. Worked for me but you must not force it or you'd risk breaking of the bolt. Do the reverse when you're putting the headers back on.

I used a 1/4 inch drive with a swivel 6 point 1/2 socket and a long extention. Came at it from above the right side passenger floorboard

I had no issues with mine....I just installed the BUB 7's TDs. I could actually get a socket (1/4" drive) on mine with a good swivel....not sure of the difference with the rhineharts though.

The main problem I had was getting the clamp to tighten down around the muffler so that it didn't leak. To get the headers to the heads I just left everything super loose until I got them on then worked it back to the mufflers.
