Default Jack recommendations?

So I am looking for a jack just for some basic bike work (oil changes, etc). i dont want to break the bank. Saw the sale on at Sears butthe reviews are making me think twice.. There is a professional version at sears also for 199 that didnt sound too bad. does anyone here have any recommendations?

I have the Sears, yellow one, I like it, but the small clip broke off, I called sears and told them what I needed, they sent me a new clip well after the warranty was off. No charge,

The J&S is supposed to be very good, but I hate the fact that the bottle jack only has a 1 year warranty...

I have and use the OTC Stinger
http://www.toolrage.com/prodview.asp?sku=OTC-1545
Very nice and does the job.
A local auto parts supply got it through the Toolmasters catalog and sent it to my shop.
Price seems to be $140.00 to about $190.00
Works for me.....

Ditto on the J&S Jack. My 3 year old Sears yellow jack broke a couple of weeks ago. I wish I had bought the J&S from the start.

If you have a Harbor Freight around you, look there. I bought the 1500 pound capacity jack there. Looks almost identical to the sears version (probably made by the same company). It was cheaper and for like $12.00 you got a full replacement, 1 year warranty. Sears is like 90 days.

Picked up a yellow one last weekend for 169.00 had a 10 dollar cupon, and Sears had it for 179.00.
I like having one, but wish I would have had the dough for the J&S. Will probally replace Yellow one in a few years with something like J&S.

Long story but I had to easyout one of the derby cover screws and did so on the yellow jack w/out the straps. Just had it high enough to level bike. I put what I consider substaisial force on the bike with drill and easyout, and it worked well. Not as sturdy as i would like but then I am not making a living with it either.
