I recently changed the fluids on my '06 EGC. The dealer said 1 quart should do it on the primary, but I thought I had remembered reading somewhere about the fluid should come up to the bottom of the clutch's???? Mine didnt, so should I add more until it does?

When you drain the oil plug does that also drain the primary?

no, there is a separate plug to drain each plus another for the tranny.
If you over-fill the primary, by even "just a little", you risk over-dampning the clutch basket & plates. It's a "semi-dry" set up, and too much fluid on those parts lets things slip and slide way more than you'd want.
When in doubt, read your factory service manual. If you don't have one, get one. Sure, they're kinda spendy, but there's no substitute for the information in them. Get the chrome AFTER you get the manual....
