Default Carb?

A friend needs a new carb for his '99 Road King and wants to keep his bike pretty much stock. He has a lead on ebay for one off a California bike. Does anyone know if the carbs are the same and the rest of the emission system is different on Cali bikes or are the carbs different also? Thanks in advance
Jeff

Yes, they are jetted differently. They have a smaller pilot jet and a different needle..But other then that they are the same..That being said, have him buy the carb on Ebay and have him purchase a DynoJet kit and he's good to go...Rich
