problem solved , I called arc for assistance, the problem was that I use cigarette light power for a remote. the tech said that isn't 100 percent for some reason and for me to use that unused orange wire on the head light wire harness , that fixed the problem. he said the lighter power was ify, some people have had that same problem as I

 

Simple fix, My instructions said to use orange headlight wire, Glad you back rocking

 

Art shoot me a pm and I will do you a new high level input just send the original back to me. If you are hooked up to the cig. plug let me know also, I will send you a new turn on wire to plug into the head light harness, this is where the ARC wiring harness is made to plug into.

Wayne ...Dave in Va....have had the same problem as mine wont turn on when you start the bike...works fine on acc or on start but when you fire the bike up no stereo.You said it might be HK radio not seeing 2ohm speakers....Sorry I never got back to you just been busy....also now I have a speaker that cuts in and out...not all the time...can you help me out....Thanks.........you....da. .......man
