While riding around last night I lost all sound.. Head unit worked fine, every was as normal. I stopped at my parents house to visit for a bit, turned it off and on a few times and still no sound, on the way back I hit some train tracks and it came on for a bit and went back off. As of now I have everything tore apart, amp fuse is good, in line power fuse us good, axxis box lights up then I noticed as soon as I turn the ignition switch the protect like comes on and goes back off.. I've tried moving wires around to see if I notice anything obvious but nothing.. Any ideas guys?
Idk if it matter but my main ground goes to the battery, I'm running the same power /ground that nutz ran when I had my first amp. I also have the axxis ground running to the amp instead of to the cigg lighter or a diff ground.. After some further digging I can see thay the protect light is dimly flashing, can't really tell unless I out my hand around to block out some light

To determine why the amp is going into protection mode you have to take the amp down to it's most basic state brother. i.e., Power, ground and remote lead. Disconnect everything else. If you still have an issue your amp is defective or it's touching metal somewhere. If no issue in this state the problem is in all the other wires you disconnected.
Did all that earlier after doing more research and was barely getting a flicker on the protect, replaced all fuses and still got 12.6 to the amp.. I had the remote wire connected to the amp in terminal, switch it to the out and it's working now..

I grounded my amp to the radio mount bolt. Seems to work just fine...
