loading with winch......
hey yall......anybody out there ever used a winch to load a dresser onto a pickup-truck bed??? I heard it could be made into a one man loading operation which is very easy with a winch and a remote.....is this true???? help me out here yalll.....
I don't see how it could be a one man operation unless he has 3 arms....Two to steady the bike and one to operate the winch remote...LOL.
I load my Road King in my truck/trailer by myself with no troubles. The incline for the trailer is only about 2 feet up the ramp, so I just ride up. For the truck, I find a ditch or bank to make the ramp incline a little less steep and ride up.

The Rampage Lift uses a winch system (but also has a wheel chock to ensure stability).
My dealer has both a trailer and a pickup with a rampage lift, so that they don't have to drag a trailer if the weather is nice enough.
