Default model difference ?

sup fellas ?

hey got a quick ? for ya......i am toying with the idea of buying another harley

i am interested in a 09 roadking, e-glide-standard and a street glide....i compared the bikes on the hd site but it was real vague i know the basic bike is the same for all the models, but wondering why the e-glide std is the same price as the roadking and the streetglide is more. from what i can tell the only differences seem to be the the front ends.

StreetGlide adds:

Stereo ($1000)
Chrome and Black motor (vs silver/aluminum) ($800-$1000)
Bullet turn signals
rear fender trim
silver gauges
complete gauge package (standard is missing two gauges)
fairing mount mirrors
no trim on fenders
chrome tank console
swept floorboards and streamliner pegs/pedals
Lowered rear shocks
shorter windshield
more color choices
different wheels

Three things you LOOSE with the SG vs Standard

passgenger footboards
passing lamps
rear saddlebag guards

thanks for the quick reply....seems like the lil added price to the sg is a much better deal than the other two models considering that by the time you start adding doo-dads you'll prolly spend double the difference of the sg.....well that settles it, i'll be going through my finances this week and see if it is feasable or i may just hold out and wait a bit till i pay off my sporty...only owe 1500 on it now..... then i'll have a tough decision on what days i ride what bike !
