Default battery problem

Got a problem! I was trying to put in this LED light bar on the front fender playing with it to get it to fit right. No go! The problem is now the bike won't start. I believe it is the battery even though I didn't have the power on for long. I press the button all it does is click. I have a car charger 2 amp trickle 35 amp fast charge and 200 amp start. I tried the 200 just to see if it would start no good was worried about leaving it on for more then a few mins. How long can I leave the 35 amp charge on the bike or is this to much. I tried for about a half hour no good. I have it on the trickle now. thanks for the help.
