How do I go about doing checking the records online?
I just tried it with my VIN# and it showed nothing. Of course I've never had it in for service since I do all my own work, but if it showed the history it would've produced one warranty job I had the dealer perform. So, you may need to take the bike to the dealer and have them determine the state of the ECM. Of course they likely won't do it free.
That looks like the older Stage one HD air filter set up. I have the same one on mine. Do you have a Tach for the bike? If so, see if it will run to 6,200 rpm or if it stops at 5,700. If it will go to 6,200 it has the stage one download.
By the looks of your air filter, it appears to be a screamin' eagle or a similar make.
Lookslike you have stock lifter tubes....so that most likely means your cams are stock and also do not have any other mods to it (cam gears....).
I do not know if PCIII cam be added while a stage one download is installed.
But I would almost bet that if pipes and a/c changed.......a person would go ahead and upgrade the ECM. Have you looked to see if a PCIII or similar is installed?
