Got about 15k on the rear tire of my '06 Road Glide, whereas I only got about 10k out of the smaller tire on my previous '02 Ultra!

Michigan does a lot of the chip seal and I agree that it can be hard on tire life. I got approx. 8000 miles out of the two OEM rears. Currently running Michelins and they seem to be a little better as of now.

My tech told me to check the tire pressure religiously. He said the tires will wear out quick if you don't.

Default Tire Mileage

09 Roadglide with Dunlop D407s on it. I have 15,000 on the bike and it will easily go another 5k with the original skins. These new tires do go the extra mile (no pun intended). This is hard for even me to believe because I never got more than 12k out of a mc tire before.

Never got more than 10K out of 3 stock lops. Have 10K on some E3's and still plenty of tread left

9.5k org rear, some left but changed it last spring a 10k service, was spring and a lot of rain.
Will need again in about 1k more, that will be around 20K, front and rear. so about 10.5k on 2nd rear. 20k on front.

Also reading up on Elite 3's might go withem.
