09 dyno on FLHTC
Was at the shop Saturday and for 60$ you get 3 runs on the dyno to see where you are. A 09 FLHTC with Rinehart slip ons and stock air cleaner runs 13.2 over all even 4th gear roll on just about a flat line. No need for air cleaner or down load fuel is good. Not lean even past 50% tbw. The tech told me to save my money the difference with a screaming eagle stage air filter and down load or sert would not provide a worth while result it would be a waist of money. When I asked about a power commander he said that if a HD rep happened by the shop and saw it it would void my warranty. So I guess I will save my money and do some cam work then go for air cleaner then sert. I know there will be different opinions on this subject but I have to go with what my tech. said I have known him for a few years and trust him. I have an extended warrenty and can't take a chance of voiding it.
