Adams Premium Car Care Products. I have used most of the herein referenced products and I swear if you try Adams Butter wax, detailer, and micro fiber polishing and drying towels, you will never go back. You use the wax and detailer together, nothing goes on and wipes off easier. The shine is fantastic, they offer something like a 110% guarantee on the web site. The ONLY possible rub I MIGHT have is that perhaps some of the other products have a longer "shine life" but I am not even sure about that. I first saw the company products at the National Corvette Museum at a C5 gathering a few years ago. I am in no way affiliated with this company (Adams) I just saw this thread and had to put my 2 cents in. Please, any of you that have tried Adam's stuff (many other items there too) chime in with your experiences.

Jeff, almost tried the Zanio, but I have been on the autogeek forum lately (great detailing info). I ordered the Klasse (lots of mention on our HD boards) and some Poorboys produtcs. It's all supposed to be in tomorrow, and from what I read I should be very happy. I also ordered some of the Maas polish and protector for chrome. It's the one advertised and getting rave reviews, I'll be sure to pots all of my results or complaints in our detailing section. I'm starting to get more and more chrome for my new to me '98 King, plus planning my paint as I write, so I wanna take the time to do what I can to maker it last. I was always happy with old Turtle wax, but for some reason I kinda got into detailing and such last summer, we'll see where it takes me!
Also, for a great polish with no cleaners, I highly recommend the Pig Snot, it has really worked well for me, it's around $10 a bottle and can be found in many bike shops. Lots better than the HD products. I'm still expreimenting with things for spokes and whitewalls.

I bought some and really liked it. I learned that you don't have to use much. Polishing technique is key. I'd send a pic but when I took it the gleam broke the camera.

Tried the Ice last night. It didn't leave a white residue, didn't haze, and didn't leave a great shine either.

Back to Turtle Wax Platinum paste for me.

Buy a "Mothers" or other detail brush. It looks like a small plastic-handled wire brush, except the bristles are nylon. BTW, why would I use a wax that contains petroleum products? There are natural solvents that work as well without abrading the clear-coat.

Let me know what you think. I really like Zanio but have switched to a product called TropicCare because Zanio Bros pulled all of their local reps and you can only get it online now. I don't mind buying stuff online, I just don't like what they did to the reps.

Jeff, just did my old Durango, paint was horrible let me tell ya. I used the clay bar, man these are amazing, hear and feel the crap coming right off, now nice and msooth. Next came the Klasse All in One, first coat REALLY cleaned the car, second coat brought out the wet shine amazing. Next I sued the Poorboy EXP sealer, great, great stuff! Smells like coconuts and comes off super easy. Tomorrow I am gonna use the PB Natty Blue wax after the sealer has cured.
I'm telling ya, I am doen with the Turtle, Meguires, Mothers, etc. This stuff costs about double those prpducts, but what a difference. Well worth it. I can't imagine how great my bike will be when I use it on that (just cleaned it before I got all this). Also need to test out my Maas chrome polish and sealer too, imagien it will be decent too.
When I do the bike, I am gonna start a nice long thread in the detail section.

I think I'll stick with good 'ol Liquid Glass. Have been using it for 10+ years and have never been dissapointed. All I have ever owned are dark colored vehicles ( mostly black ) and every time I use it the paint looks wet. If it rains it doesn't even bead up, it can't stay on the paint long enough to. Just runs right off. You can apply it in the sun, but my bald head prefers the shade. Polishes off as easy as it goes on. It was a marine polish that they reformulated to use on automotive finishes. Give it try.
