Can you repair radio antenna end?
As in my previous post I forgot to ask if you can repair the antenna end on the HK radio.I think they are all standard.It will take awhile for the dlr to get the part and being over a hour away,I wanted to have some kind of a temporally fix or any other better ideas out there....thx

If you're talking about the connector on the end of the antenna coax, the end at the radio is called a motorola plug. Radio shack has them, but you may need to get a crimper for it. If your going to rig it for a couple of days only, you could probably just use pliers of some kind. Pay attention to how strip out the center conductor, this is very important!!!
