Could it be my Bagger Brace?

It does sound like the Bagger Brace to me because it is a side to side vibration, which is what the brace is supposed to stabilize. Yes, I would fix the motor mounts first including the rubber exhaust bushings under the saddle bags. Ride the bike without the link connected to get a feel for it, then add the link back into the system to feel the difference. If you still have a problem, then consider replacing the bushings in the swing arm.

I got my bike back today for a local indy. He replaced the motor mount. But he also noticed the the wheels were not in line with eachother. He said the rear wheel was about 1/8 in off from the front. He corrected that. And when he had the bike on a lift, he redid the link on the brace. When I did it I did it on the sidestand. The bike was taken for a ride and the wobble is gone. And now that I got my bike back, I have to go to work. lol.
