'07 heads on '06 bike?
'07 heads on '06 bike?
In this months American Iron, Donnie Petersen says that "putting '07 heads on an '06 with give improved performance". Has anyone done this? Is it a direct bolt-on? Is it true? The article didn't go in to detail about the heads.

it appears that the flow is a bit better on the 07 heads, worth the price and effort, i am thinking not. best bet, heck i've got great heads on my 08 streetglide, and when winter hits, they're on their way to branch flowmetrics for their magic. lots of private shops claim huge gains etc. no way i'm gonna trust the most important part of my engine to hillbilly bob. branch has a new name now, as jerry sold it a few years back. same technique and process, a proven process indeed. hp and torque are in the heads. this has been my experience anyway.
