I did the chrome exchange on my lower front forks-rear wheel-pulley-axles-hand controls-m/c It was good chrome qaulity was clean no pits or scarring but I did have a peeling issue with a fork leg and they were not very helpful wouldnt really recomend it If I do another bike I am going to have the originals chromed. That way for sure you know at least your parts are good.
Chromepros do great work had my 09 wheels done and tehy are better than the HD chrome by far, will be doing my dyna in July, who,me front end and wheels.
I used chrome that hog for a sprocket. They did a good job, no complaints. Fast shipping, but I did the exchange deal. Their phone service was a bit rude, but I have found it normal in Harley world. The part I liked is, they did a partial exchange for some other parts I had.
I have been using Atlas Plating in Houston, Tx. for my work on my 03 re-build, their work is great, shipping times and cost are better than most. Like ALL chrome work the real deal will be a few months down the road, how well does the work "hold-up", They have a price sheet on-line. www.atlasplating.com (I think).

That link took me to a listing of chrome platers, so I think it may be WWW.atlaschrome.com instead.
Give them a call before you do something on ebay they will work with you on the price depending on what you are doing. I just did a purchse not an exchange and they shipped same day and the plating is real nice.
